Terms of Service

StereoGen ("the Service") converts a 2D image you upload into stereo 3D images, depth maps and parallax animations. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

You upload an image and receive a free, watermarked, low-resolution preview. You may purchase an unlock to receive the full-resolution, watermark-free files. You are buying a digital generation result.

2. Your content and rights

• You must own, or have the necessary rights and permissions to use, every image you upload.
• You must not upload illegal content, content that infringes others’ rights, or sexual content involving minors. Such use is prohibited and may be reported.
• You retain ownership of your source image. The paid output is licensed to you for commercial and personal use.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing, taxes and invoices. Prices are shown at checkout. See the Refund Policy.

4. File retention

Paid files are available for download for 30 days. Free previews and uploads are temporary (typically deleted within 48 hours). Back up your files.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse, overload, scrape or attempt to bypass limits of the Service. We may rate-limit or refuse service to protect availability.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty. Results vary by image. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
