StereoGen sells digital generation results. Because you can preview the exact result (low-resolution, watermarked) before paying, the unlock is a clear, informed purchase.

When we offer refunds

• The paid files failed to generate or could not be downloaded due to a technical fault on our side.
• You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same order.

When we generally cannot refund

• You changed your mind after the full-resolution files were generated and made available, where they match the preview you approved.
• Dissatisfaction with an effect that was already visible in the free preview.

We review requests fairly and case by case. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
